All Of Our Nannies Must Meet the Following Requirements:
Legal To Work In The U.S.
At Least 21 Years Of Age.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
A Clean Criminal Record.
A Clean Driving Record.
Valid Drivers License.
Reliable and Insured Vehicle.
Fluency In English Both Written and Spoken.
CPR Certified (or willing to become certified at own expense)
Trustline Registered (or willing to become registered upon hire)
A Minimum of 3 years Professional Experience.
Exceptional Childcare References.
Ability To Commit For A Minimum of 1 Year.
Social Media Check.
Must have current vaccinations.
A Professional Appearance and Attitude.
Must Complete A Nanny Application.
Must Submit A Professional Resume.
Must Submit A Clear Photo.
Must submit a copy of drivers license.
Must sign following paperwork with Agency
Nanny/Agency Contract (NDA & NO TEXTING WHILE DRIVING)
Not Required, but Highly Desirable Skills Include:
Education or Equivalent Knowledge of Child Development.
A 2-year or 4-year College Degree.
Child Development/Psychology/Teaching Preferred Areas of Study.
Teaching or Tutoring Experience.
Camp counselor experience.
Special Needs Experience:
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), experience with ADHA/ADD etc.
Special Training and Certifications:
Early Childhood Education, Fire Safety, Water Safety, NCS, Doula, etc.
Ability To Travel Domestically and Internationally.
Flexibility to Occasionally Work Weekends or Overnights.
A Current Passport.
Experience or Certifications in different parenting styles ex: Attachment Parenting, RIE, Montessori etc.
Fluency In A Foreign Language.
